Custom and made-to-order items, including screen-printed apparel and promotional products, may require additional processing time of 7-14 business days depending on the complexity of the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the product, order size, and destination. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Shipping for wholesale and bulk orders is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at admin@rich-habits.com for a shipping quote on large orders.
Event and Camp Merchandise
For event-specific merchandise (such as camp gear), items may be available for pickup at the event location. Details will be provided in your order confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
